WHAT
New Retail, Tenant Improvement
WHERE
Irvington, CA
Irvington Village is a 134k sf proposal for a tenant improvement, with 6 new buildings. The client sought a “modern agrarian” development, but wished to preserve the existing Cloverleaf Family Bowl. It posed an obstacle to marry the existing mid-century modern architecture with the new modern agrarian-industrial development. With the use of common raw agrarian materials and typical wood tones to drive the design, we were able to create a visually pleasing commercial site that not only improved on its obstacle, but proposed a design that engaged and promoted the infiltration of its surrounding community.
