The Pruneyard at Campbell, consists of the renovation of the existing shopping center, reconfiguration of its internal streets, the addition of new buildings and parking structures, the creation of a master sign program, and the creation of new parcels. The goals of the additional retail and parking structures are to bridge the gap between the existing retail and office buildings, while providing structured parking resources closer to the retail center.
